How does this work? Overall Jump4Play makes renting an inflatable unit easy because we deliver and set up the equipment for your event. Once set up we will go through the operation and safety instructions. At the end of your rental period we’ll return at the specified time to take down and retrieve the equipment. Payment of cash or check is due at time of delivery.
The pricing is per day; what is a rental day? A rental day is anywhere from 2 to 12 hours; depending on your event needs. The typical rental is usually dropped off several hours before and picked up several hours after your event thus allowing you and your guests plenty of time for usage. Typically we deliver units in the morning, as early as needed and picked up in the evenings. The equipment can be rented overnight for an additional fee; please call for details.
How can I make a reservation with Jump4Play? To reserve , just call us at 612-554-0174 or email us at contact@jump4play.com and we will reserve your equipment and answer any questions that you may have.
How far in advance should I make reservations? We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible. Jump4Play inflatables are very popular and are sometimes booked weeks and/or months in advance.
What if I need to Cancel? No Problem! Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your Jump4Play unit to someone else. Check with us for our cancellation policy and rain policy.
How do I pay? Payment is due at time of delivery. We accept check or cash.
Does Jump4Play have insurance? Yes. We carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from Jump4Play are required to sign a rental agreement and safety checklist prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement and safety checklist have been signed.
What type of surface can an inflatable bouncer be placed on? The safest surface to set up an inflatable bouncer would be on grass, but it can also be set up on concrete, asphalt, and gymnasium floors. Please let us know what type of surface the bouncer will be placed on when making your reservation, so that we can provide the appropriate type of anchors for your event.
