Rental Policies |

Rental Agreement All individuals and/or companies that rent from Jump4Play are required to sign a rental agreement and safety checklist prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement and safety checklist have been signed.
Delivery Our inflatable bouncer prices include set-up and delivery for the Twin Cities and some of the surrounding areas. Please check to verify whether your area is included. An additional delivery charge will be added for those who live outside of the designated area.
Preparation Inflatables can’t be set up on a slope, as it’s just not safe. Please find a relatively flat surface on which the bouncer can be setup. Make sure the dimensions of the selected area will accommodate the inflatable bouncer you have selected. Clear the area of rocks, sticks, and other debris before we arrive to set up your bouncer. We will also inspect the area before we set up, ensuring that the most ideal and safest area has been selected.
Do you have an irrigation system? Please let us know this when you make your reservation. We may choose to secure the unit with sandbags instead of stakes if you are unsure where the irrigation lines are. Also when you rent, be sure to turn off the system the night before the rental day, this will ensure a dry surface when setting up and using the equipment.
Weather Policy Your child’s safety is our main concern. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel due to rain, snow, very high winds, or when the temperature is below 50° F.
Cancellations Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your Jump4Play unit to someone else. Check with us for our cancellation policy and rain policy.
After we set up the unit, there are no refunds. |
